The GriefShare Course is a support group for those who have lost loved ones through death.
It is led by people who understand what you are going through and who want to help. A journey from mourning to joy, GriefShare gives you valuable resources to help you recover from your loss and look forward to rebuilding your life.
Some topics that are covered include:
- Is this normal?
- The challenges of grief
- Grief and your relationships
- Guilt and anger
- Being 'Stuck'
We cover the topics with a video-based instruction/discussion followed by conversation. The group provides a safe, caring space for you to begin healing – You don't have to do it alone!
If you have suffered a loss through death, or have a friend who has lost a loved one and needs support in their grief, we'd love you to join us.
